Decay of internal calcium concentration, originally published in destexhe, babloyantz & sejnowski (1993). Written by a destexhe, 1992. Modified by b kampa 2005, to use diam/4 instead of depth to calculate [ca]. Taken from schaefer et al. (2003), model no. 83344. Experiments and modeling -- animal model info is from experimental methods, but the modeling morphology is also from a l5 pyramidal neuron (stuart & spruston, 1998).
