Comments:
Passive leak/shunt current, implemented by w akemann, april 2005. Taken from ih current in akemann & knöpfel (2006), model no. 80769, with the following changes: gbar changed to 5e-5 (line 31), e changed to -60 (line 32). Experiments on voltage sensors using transfected cells. Model uses previous model of purkinje cell (akemann & knopfel 2006, khaliq et al. 2003). Animal model is from ancestor model. The l5 pyramidal cell model is not included.
Temperature:
Model has temperature dependence, with default at 22 deg C.
