Decay of internal calcium concentration from calcium currents and buffers / extrusions. Written by b kampa may 2006. Paper cites mainen & sejnowski (1996), migliore et al. (1999) and schaefer et al. (2003) as sources for model conductances. This model appears to come from kampa & stuart (2006), model no. 108458, with no apparent changes to kinetics. Experimental results mixed with modeling. The animal model info here is from the experiemntal results. Note that the ancestor channels are mostly from hippocampal pyramidal neurons.
