(2000), model no. 82849, and durstewitz & gabriel (2007), model no. 82784, as the references for the channel kinetics and mod files for this model. Note that sidiropoulou & poirazi (2012), model no. 144089, also appears to be a reference for many of the files. This file is from siridopoulou & poirazi (2012), model no. 144089, with modifications to parameters. Modeling study based on previous models of cortical networks. Model was constrained by various experimental data, see 2013 paper discussion section for a complete list. Most data came from rat, but also some from cat, rabbit and monkey, so the animal model is considered mammalian.
