- Comments: Globus pallidus nav1.6 channel. Paper states the following about kinetics: ttx-sensitive sodium channels were fit to experiments in paper, based on kinetic scheme from kuo and bean (1994) and carr et al. (2003). Note that mod files here resemble those of maurice et al. (2004), model no. 98005, but this is not mentioned in paper. Animal model is from experiments in paper. Some channel kinetics were fit to data in paper, or constrained by previous studies of rat globus pallidus neurons (baranauskas et al. 1999, 2003) and others (see paper).
- Runtime: 28.772
- Temperature: Model has temperature dependence, with q10 set to 4, default kinetics at 23 deg C. Recordings in paper were done at 22 deg C, simulations at 23 deg C.
