- Comments: Kcnq/m current. Ancestry is unclear, no apparent modeldb ancestors. Paper states the following about kinetics: adapted from previous models in migliore et al. (1995), wang et al. (2002), and khaliq et al. (2003), constrained by gp neuron data from baranauskas et al. (1999, 2003), tkatch et al. (2000), chan et al. (2004) and shen et al. (2005). Note that mod files here resemble those of maurice et al. (2004), model no. 98005, but this is not mentioned in paper. Animal model is from experiments in paper. Some channel kinetics were fit to data in paper, or constrained by previous studies of rat globus pallidus neurons (baranauskas et al. 1999, 2003) and others (see paper).
- Runtime: 7.994
- Temperature: Model has temperature dependence, with q10 set to 3 and original kinetics at 22 deg C. Recordings in paper were done at 22 deg C, and simulations at 23 deg C.
